企業年檢是工商行政部門對企業資質的復核行為，企業年檢通過表明該企業可以進行次年的企業經營活動，企業年檢不通過表明該企業不能進行次年的經營活動，每年的3月1日至6月30日。

二、年檢的基本程序：

年檢應提交的文件：
